The Federal Copyright Act was passed, to protect professional photographers and artists, in order to insure their right to earn a living by giving the creator exclusive rights to reproduce any such work. This includes the right to control the making of any and all copies of photographs created by a professional photographer.

Consequently, it is ILLEGAL to copy, scan or reproduce any photograph elsewhere without the photographers written permission. Any violations of this Federal Law will subject both the person(s) in possession of the photograph, and the business or individual actually creating the copies, to severe civil and criminal penalties. This action shall be brought by the legal staff of the Professional Photographers of America, immediately upon notification, from this or any other member studio.
